Important Candle Burning / Safety Instructions:
Place candle on heat resistant surface, away from curtains, plants, children and pets. Never leave burning candle unattended. To extend burn time, keep wick trimmed to 1/4”. Do not let matches or wick trimmings to accumulate in the jar, this could be a fire hazard. Burn candle for 3-4 hours until surface is liquid. Make certain wick is always centered and flame never touches the glass. Extinguish by quickly placing the metal lid over the jar to minimize smoking. When candle reaches 3/4” of wax left in jar (1/8” for travel candles), extinguish candle, let cool, and then properly discard. Do not use candle in the presence of flammable materials or fumes. Do not use candle if glass jar is broken or cracked.
