This website is owned and operated by TBS-Cigars.com / Turner Business Services. All candle orders are shipped from our offices in Pennsylvania. If you ordered cigars or any other items with your candle order, we will ship your order together to save on shipping. Our primary business is cigar sales. If your order contains any cigar/tobacco items, an age verification check is required for the order.
AGE VERIFICATION: (if your order includes any cigar/tobacco purchase)
Because our primary business is cigar sales, our shopping cart system will prompt you for age verification information during the checkout process. If your order does not contain any tobacco items from our other websites, you obviously do NOT have to complete any age check.

We are committed to adhering to privacy principles and requirements. Because we greatly value the trust you place in us, it is our policy to safeguard all individually identifiable information entrusted to us. Use of this information enables us to get to know you, your needs, and your preferences. This helps us provide you with superior customer service and offer products and specials that may be of interest to you.
Information collected online during your transaction is used to process and properly ship your order, and to establish an account with us. Your information is never sold to any 3rd party and is kept exclusive to our Turner Business Services owned websites. There may be instances where we will disclose individually identifiable information as permitted by law, including, but not limited to, a response to a court order or subpoena, to prevent fraud, to comply with the law, report and underage tobacco purchase attempt (if cigars are involved), and to comply with a legally permitted inquiry by a government agency.
We believe in email privacy and do not send out loads of unsolicited email (SPAM). When you place your order we will keep in contact with you via email pertaining to that order. You will receive a sales notice within minutes of the order checkout. Plus a couple other emails which pertain to your order like shipping notices, backorder notice, as your order progresses through our system. Outside of keeping you informed of your order, you will not be bothered with junk mail or junk email unless you request information from us.
If you are on our monthly newsletter for specials and announcements, there is a link at the bottom to opt-out of the newsletter which will will respectfully remove that email address from the newsletter upon request. Likewise, you may opt-in to our newsletter program if you so desire special deals and early-bird specials!
SHIPPING:
We strive to ship orders the same day as they are placed. However, depending on the time of day, holidays, and weekends, it is not always possible to do so. Your order will always ship within the next business day, pending no backorders on the products you selected. Shipping time is normally 3-5 days by Priority Mail, or 1-2 Days by Express Mail. We only ship to USA residents.
Regular shipping is by Priority Mail, up to 6 candles per box when shipped. We can ship candles by Express mail. However, its very expensive and our $25 Express mail charge only covers up to 2 candles at a time because of the weight of the candles. If you select Express and have more than 2 candles in your order, you will be subject to additional shipping fees. We highly recommend the standard Priority mail shipping for all candle orders.
LIABILITY CANDLE/SAFETY:
Candles can start fires if improperly used. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the improper and/or unsupervised use of any candle product. Burning candles should be kept away from children, plants, pets, curtains and any other material that could result in a fire upon contact with an open flame. Glass jar may become hot while candle is in use. Hot wax inside the jar can cause serious burns.
IMPORTANT BURNING / SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
Place jar on heat resistant surface, away from curtains, plants, children and pets. Never leave burning candle unattended. To extend burn time, keep wick trimmed to 1/4”. Do not let matches or wick trimmings to accumulate in the jar, this could be a fire hazard. Burn candle for 3-4 hours until surface is liquid. Make certain wick is always centered and flame never touches the glass. Extinguish by quickly placing the metal lid over the jar to minimize smoking. When candle reaches 3/4” of wax left in jar, extinguish candle, let cool, and then properly discard. Do not use candle in the presence of flammable materials or fumes. Do not use candle if glass jar is broken or cracked.
